Chris has been in the Recruitment Industry for 14 years. He spent the first 4 years as an Agency Recruiter before running the Master Vendor contract agreement at Axon Global. After the year assignment, Chris ran the first and only RPO agreement at SAP UK. These two years working strategically with direct clients gave Chris a new focus and he transitioned from Agency Recruiter to Internal Recruiter.
Chris first contract role was to help implement a Recruitment Infrastructure and On Boarding Program for IT, UK wide for. He then moved onto Recruitment Lead for a ERP Ramp up Project across BeNeLux. Chris then became a Recruitment Business Partner to assist in a ERP transformation program from Switzerland. After the successful transformation Chris undertook his biggest project to date, managing 42 Recruiters – 10 Sourcers and 5 RBP’s across 5 Business Lines in a 10 Billion Dollar ERP Implementation. Chris’ last project in Europe was to Lead the Talent Acquisition division across 21 Countries in EMEA through a Recruitment Transformation.
Chris arrived in Australia to help the Shared Services Team establish and maintain a best practice recruiting and operating model to assist Client Business and Partner sub contract business. Whilst assisting in project ramp up plans with a Software Partner Chris was asked to become the Recruitment Business Partner across APJ to implement and interpret Resource Plans and Management with Talent Strategies. When the business was brought out, Chris undertook the Talent Acquisition Lead position for Phase 1 of a 53 Country HRIS Greenfield Implementation. Upon successful Phase 1 Implementation Chris was asked to head the Talent Acquisition team across 44 Countries for his second Global HRIS Greenfield Implementation.
Chris is now assisting the Reserve Bank of Australia with new and innovative ways of sourcing and recruiting whilst being heavily entrenched in the Information Technology Departments Transformation and Australia wide NPP Project.
